Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at novixelectronic@gmail.com. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on final sale items.
